About the role:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative (B2B) to join our growing international team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our presence in the healthcare and ophthalmology markets by introducing our AI-powered diagnostic solutions to new partners and clients.
This role is ideal for a motivated salesperson who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about innovation and technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities with clinics, hospitals, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to educate clients on Altris AI’s solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing and account handover.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate client data and activity records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align messaging and strategy.
- Represent Altris AI at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field.
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within health tech, medtech, or SaaS.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Based in the U.K. with occasional travel as needed.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Relationships Officer to lead our commercial expansion in the market. This strategic role is pivotal to driving growth and establishing Altris AI as a leading player in science-based AI-powered ophthalmology solutions.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, building strong relationships with key healthcare partners, and leading a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of the healthcare or medical technology market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of scaling sales operations in fast-growing companies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market and sales strategy for the U.S. market;
- Define clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics to ensure sustained growth;
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform commercial strategy;
- Align sales initiatives with company objectives, collaborating closely with the Marketing, Operations and Product teams.
Team Development & Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a growing team of account managers and sales representatives globally;
- Establish a performance-driven culture with regular coaching, reviews, and incentive structures;
- Promote collaboration and knowledge-sharing across teams and regions.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and healthcare organizations;
- Lead high-level negotiations and secure strategic partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and networks;
- Represent Altris AI at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen brand presence.
Sales Operations & Execution
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing and post-sale support coordination.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast performance, and analyse sales data.
- Optimize pricing strategies and partnership models for long-term profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Product and R&D teams to communicate client feedback and influence product roadmap.
- Partner with Marketing to design campaigns and materials that support lead generation and conversion.
- Support operational planning, budgeting, and reporting to the executive team.
Required Qualifications
Education & Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance or related field;
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles, ideally within healthcare, MedTech, diagnostics, or AI SaaS industries;
- Proven success leading B2B sales operations and expanding into new markets.
Technical Skills
- Expert-level proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, with certification preferred:
- Advanced skills in data analysis, Excel, SQL, and business intelligence tools:
- Experience with sales automation platforms, marketing databases, and revenue operations technology:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger, MH) and sales process optimization.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, motivate, and lead diverse sales teams;
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot);
